The Pay-All project aims to provide a low-cost alternative for the Smart Phone for the most basic digital wallet to be deployed in Africa. It will be the size of a credit card, with modern low-power cellular communication made possible by Internet of Things initiatives. The proposed device will have the following properties:

A battery
A black and white LCD screen
A touchscreen keyboard or numeric keypad
A microcontroller unit
A LoRaWAN modem
The device will communicate to the platform using a packet-based communication protocol.
