Tell us who you are, where you are, and what you need. It takes a minute and costs nothing.

We confirm your area
We check that your region is covered in the current rollout and reserve equipment against your name.

Go to the collection point
Bring an ID document if you have one. If you don't, an agent can verify you in person — a Tier 0 account needs no document at all.
- 04
Collect and activate
Your identity is confirmed at the point, the device is handed over and bound to your account, and you can take payments the same day.
