This website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities or tokens. PayAll Stable Coins (PSC) are not investment products. PSC are fiat-collateralized digital representations of local currency, are non-speculative, are not traded on public exchanges, and operate exclusively within the PayAll network. Past performance of mobile money systems does not guarantee future results for PayAll.
Honest, current status
PayAll publishes its limitations deliberately. As of White Paper v2.1 (June 2026):
- Regulatory approval for LoRaWAN payments has not yet been obtained in any jurisdiction — Cameroon operates under an approved BEAC regulatory sandbox.
- An independent security audit is pending (planned with a Tier-1 firm).
- Published throughput (TPS) figures are laboratory results, not production benchmarks.
- PayAll has not yet proven execution at scale — the white paper frames itself as an invitation to collaborate on building that proof, not a claim that it already exists.
Risk categories
Regulatory: central-bank rejection can block a market entirely; data-localization requirements may conflict across jurisdictions; CBDC programs may compete; biometric-data regulation diverges by region.
Business: thin 0.1–0.3% margins require volume; two-sided network effects must be built; incumbents may respond with fee cuts; agent networks carry build-out costs; biometric sensor supply chains carry dependency risk.
