Privacy Policy

The complete policy is being finalized. The principles below already govern how PayAll handles personal and biometric data.

Information this website collects

  • This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
  • The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the subject you choose and your message. The register form collects your name, phone number, email address, country, region or area, business name and what you need PayAll for. The newsletter box in the footer collects your email address.
  • When you submit one of those forms it is sent to PayAll's own servers and stored there so the team can reply. Each submission is kept with the time it was sent and a one-way hash of your IP address — the address itself is never stored — used only to stop the forms being abused.
  • Form submissions are deleted 24 months after they are dealt with. A newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe, and deleted 30 days after that.
  • PayAll uses what you send to respond to your enquiry and to plan pilot coverage. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.

Your rights over your data

  • Ask what personal data PayAll holds about you, and get a copy of it.
  • Have inaccurate details corrected, or ask for your data to be deleted.
  • Withdraw an enquiry at any time — email info@payalldigital.com and it will be removed from PayAll's records.

Biometric data governance

  • Explicit consent is collected at enrollment; palm authentication is strictly opt-in.
  • Purpose limitation — biometric templates are used for payment authentication only, never for marketing or profiling.
  • Raw palm images are discarded immediately after feature extraction; only encrypted, irreversible templates are retained.
  • Right to deletion — templates are deleted within 30 days of account closure.
  • Templates are stored in jurisdiction-local, HSM-backed vaults and are not transferred across borders.
